Return policy

  1. The buyer has the right to return or replace the goods in accordance with the law of the Republic of Lithuania within 14 days, from the date of receipt of the goods.
  2. The buyer may be exposed to different images compared to the originals due to different computer or monitoring features and / or settings. The seller is not responsible for any decisions made by the buyer based on such a situation.
  3. Replacement and return are possible only if the goods were not used, without losing their original – commercial appearance, visual features (unless the product is defective). The packaging must also be undamaged, not deformed. Note – opened packaging is not considered an infringement if the purpose was to make sure that the received item corresponds to the description specified ir the shop.
  4. Any protective casing that was delivered with your order should be returned as well if you would like an exchange or refund. Always use original packaging whenever possible.
  5. We can only exchange an item with another of the same. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, this is carried out in the individual agreement procedure contact:
  6. The buyer’s request for return or replacement of the goods should be submitted in writting and together with proof of purchase of the goods: order number, name of the returned goods, code, date of purchuase.
  7. Typically, a return request will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. During busy periods, however, processing may take longer due to seasonal or specific times like Christmas and New Year’s etc.
  8. The same terms as for ordinary delivery of products apply to the customer who wishes to replace the received product with another one.
  9. Buyer’s refund might be fulfilled in 7-10 working days after goods were returned to the Seller and the Seller confirmed that the goods are accepted as returned.
  10. Return costs are paid by the buyer.
  11. If we believe the item is defective upon receipt, we will refund the postage when we process the replacement of your new item. However, we can only take responsibility after receiving the item, confirming the problem.
  12. If you wish to return an item for exchange or refund, we suggest you do so through a secure and insured delivery service. We do not accept liability for non-received items.
